Order processing and dispatch
After order details and any required checks have been confirmed, a shipment may be prepared for dispatch. Processing times vary with product availability, carrier schedules and eligibility reviews; an order confirmation is not a promise that a restricted medicine can be supplied.
Estimated delivery and tracking
Estimated delivery periods shown in the catalog or order communications are indicative and may change because of carriers, holidays, customs review, weather or other circumstances. Where a tracked service is available, tracking information will be shared after dispatch and may take time to become active.
Customs and destination requirements

Damaged or missing deliveries
